Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

My husband blacked out in the early morning in December and was out for about 20 minutes. When he regained consciousness he found himself in a pool of blood. He cleaned it up as best he could (he was in the washroom and the light was already on) and called me.

He still had lots of blood on his face. He thought I should call 911, which I did after cleaning him up. I washed his face and he had a deep cut on the bridge of his nose. I put a drop of Lavender on this and Helichrysum followed by Peppermint around the orbital bone. I wanted to keep him from having a black eye.

When the ambulance came he was booked in the hospital. After many tests it was diagnosed that he had a small stroke. The cut on his nose was quite deep and needed several stitches to close the wound. Months later he had to have a stint put in.

When I followed the ambulance to the hospital I made sure I took my oils with me as I wanted to reapply them from time to time. I used the same oils as before but also used the Trama Life oil blend on the brain stem.

The result of using the oils was that the cut cleared up without a scar. Also after a hint of black between both eyes, it faded without the usual 'racoon look'.

I am a true blue believer in the oils.

stroke - "Myrtle oil (MO) exerts hypoglycemic as well as mild hypotriglyceridemic activity in diabetic animals. The reduction in blood glucose level may be due to the reversible inhibition of alpha-glucosidases present in the brush-border of the small intestinal mucosa, higher rate of glycolysis as envisaged by the higher activity of glucokinase, as one of the key enzymes of glycolysis, and enhanced rate of glycogenesis as evidenced by the higher amount of liver glycogen present after MO administration."Link
