Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same quality. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that the oil you are using is made from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable.

I have metastatic breast cancer that is now in my bones. The chemotherapy I was on made my hands and feet turn red and peel so badly that, no matter what I tried, I got no relief. I also had big problems, as my tongue was so raw that everything I tried to eat or drink, cold or hot, was unbearable.

My daughter Sheila gave me a bottle of Copaiba essential oil to try. First I tried it on my hands and was amazed at how much better they felt. The redness was going away, and I noticed relief from the burning. I was amazed. Every time I put it on them they seemed to improve.

This got me thinking, why not the tongue? I believe that many therapeutic-grade essential oils are safe to take internally, so what did I have to lose? Plus it is chemical free.

I stuck out my tongue, dried it off, rubbed Copaiba on it, and then let my tongue soak it in. This had to be one of the biggest shocks of my life, as my tongue started getting better too. I could actually eat and drink again.

I only used Copaiba on my tongue two other times and have had no further problems with it. Copaiba is really not bad tasting either.

3."D-limonene is one of the most common terpenes in nature. It is a major constituent in several citrus oils.... Being a solvent of cholesterol, d-limonene has been used clinically to dissolve cholesterol-containing gallstones. Because of its gastric acid neutralizing effect and its support of normal peristalsis, it has also been used for relief of heartburn and gastroesophageal reflux (GERD). D-limonene has well-established chemopreventive activity against many types of cancer. Evidence from a phase I clinical trial demonstrated a partial response in a patient with breast cancer and stable disease for more than six months in three patients with colorectal cancer."Link
4."Frankincense oil appears to distinguish cancerous from normal bladder cells and suppress cancer cell viability. Microarray and bioinformatics analysis proposed multiple pathways that can be activated by frankincense oil to induce bladder cancer cell death. Frankincense oil might represent an alternative intravesical agent for bladder cancer treatment."Link
5."[T]he biological activity of 20 essential oils (EOs) from herbal plants and citrus fruits were investigated in terms of mammalian DNA polymerase (pol) inhibitory activity, cancer cell (human colon carcinoma) growth inhibitory activity, antiallergic activity... in rat basophilic leukemia cells, and antioxidant activity.... Among these EOs, chamomile... showed significant effects on both cancer cell growth and mast cell degranulation. On the basis of these results, chamomile EO can be recommended as a potentially useful, bioactive candidate for therapeutic applications."Link
