Warning: Not all essential oil brands are the same quality. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that the oil you are using is made from pesticide-free plants grown in optimal conditions. Also, the brand should be a 100% pure, high-quality essential oil that does not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask trusted friends to find a brand that is reputable.

In the later stages of my recent pregnancy, I experienced swelling around my ankles and feet. It was quite uncomfortable and on some days, I couldn't even fit into my shoes.

So every day, I had a drink of water in the morning with 2 drops of Tangerine oil and 1 drop of Cypress oil. Plus I also had 200-300ml of NingXia Red everyday. This combination worked really well for me and prevented swelling.

Oh and sitting with my feet elevated as often as I could also helped.
