Warning: Not all essential oil brands are the same quality. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that the oil you are using is made from pesticide-free plants grown in optimal conditions. Also, the brand should be a 100% pure, high-quality essential oil that does not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask trusted friends to find a brand that is reputable.
My first purchase was of various Thieves products, mostly to deal with the mold in my home. Another newcomer was also interested in Thieves for mold, but her mold was in her ears as well as her home (her doctor had diagnosed the problem).
Fascinated, I considered how I could use Thieves to help relieve the itch in my ears (mold as well?). Thinking that straight oil might be too strong for the sensitive ear canal, I tried swabbing my ears with Thieves mouthwash. It was a good experiment, with a good outcome: my ears felt refreshed and itch-free afterward.
I've swabbed my ears with Thieves mouthwash on a cotton bud (Q-tip for North American readers) a few times over the past couple of months, and they're feeling quite relieved from very few swabbings.
