In May of 2012 my wrist became tender to movement. The day before I had lifted some moderately heavy boxes. The pain increased for four weeks, during which I wore a stout wrist brace to restrict movement.
Unable to take NSAIDS, I turned to the anti-inflammatory oils for help. Beginning with the V-6 carrier oil, I applied 2 drops each of Young Living's wintergreen, Relieve It, and helichrysum. I did this at least 3-4 times each daily. Immediately the pain began to improve. After three weeks the pain and soreness are almost gone. Just wish that I had start it sooner.
