I am a busy mum of two adorable girls who are quite close in age. Last year things were getting all too much, I was doing so many things and finding myself burdened down. It was a constant battle against time and mind clutter. I was diagnosed with postnatal depression and anxiety.

Instead of taking prescription drugs, I decided to start ingesting a couple of drops of each of Frankincense oil, the Peace & Calming oil blend, Lemon and the Joy oil blend in a capsule every morning for a week.

This along with morning yoga and being grateful for the little things helped me get out of bed in the morning and want to be apart of life again.
