I just spent the past three days at the Young Life Research Clinic in Springville, UT. For many years now I have suffered with anxiety and depression. The Clinic suggested I try a special oil blend of Frankincense/Balsam Fir. This blend is made for the Clinic by Creer Labs. I was told to fill a capsule using an eye-dropper and take with food, twice a day, adjusting this dosage up or down as necessary. This pre-prepared blend is apparently less expensive than buying the two oils separately and mixing yourself. As I just started today I have no testimonial to share but thought that if the Clinic recommends this blend for it's patients then it must be the oil blend of choice. I will report back here in time to let everyone know how I do on this blend. In the meanwhile, others suffering with anxiety/depression may want to give this a try too.
