I have been using Young Living Essential Oils for a few years now and the moment the oils impacted my life most was right after I had reconstructive knee surgery. That was on January 12, 2012. They had given me Vicodin and Tylenol 3 right after surgery and it was barely touching the horrible pain I was in. It felt like my leg from the knee down was being ripped from my leg.

Luckily for me my mother-in-law, Melanie Perry, was there with Young Living's lavender oil she put it along my spine and on the bottom of my feet and I was able to get up and walk around on crutches within 5 minutes. I felt calmer, and the pain was considerably less.

Needless to say I have been using Young Living's lavender along with Deep Relief, and Melrose on my knee since the surgery and I haven't had to take any pain pills sine January 17, 2012.
