My 4 year old boy had this stubborn cough lasting for > 3 months and no matter what, the phlegm just couldn't be cleared.

My Young Living mentor advised me to try Eucalyptus Blue as this is good for removing mucus from our body. So every night, I will apply by layering each oils Eucalyptus Blue (at sides of neck & throat), Thieves (at soles of his feet) and peppermint (soles of his feet) and also drink 1 ounce of Ningxia Red twice a day.

I learned that layering oils means applying each oil in 1-2 minutes interval in between. This allows time for each oil to do its healing work in our bodies better.

A week later, the stubborn phlegm was gone! I believe healing may come faster if I had applied it 3x a day but I couldn't since I'm working full time.
