You MUST get off of dairy products especially milk and sugar. Low sodium diet for several days (I forget how long). This stuff is extremely hard to get rid of and under a doctor's care it was not getting any better! This is what my YL up line put me on. I went through 2 bottles of Inner Defense.

Inner Defense regiment (this happens to be the day I started but just change the day to when you start. I put a check mark under each day at each time to keep track)

1) Tues., Wed, Thurs. 2 capsules each time:

7:00 AM
9:00 AM
11:00 AM

1:00 PM
3:00 PM

8 hours later take a ProBiotic (this puts the good bacteria back into your system).

Then you will start decreasing the dosages..

2) Fri, Sat, Sun. 2 capsules each time:
7:00 AM
9:00 AM
11:00 AM

1:00 PM

8 hours later take a ProBiotic (9:00 PM)

3) Mon, Tues, Wed. 1 (ONE) capsules:
7:00 AM
10:00 AM
1:00 PM

8 hours later take a ProBiotic (9:00 PM)

Thurs. until capsules are gone: 1 capsule 7:00 AM and 1:00 PM ProBiotic 9:00 PM

This is what I was doing for the C-Diff. As long as a person is on antibiotics, you will never get rid of the C-diff (at least not for several months or even a year.

When I started the Inner Defense and Probiotics 8-5 (from Vitacost.com) I threw out the antibiotics. In three days I felt better and in 7 days the C-diff was gone (confirmed by a lab report). Questions? Use the link below to send me an email.
