Warning: Not all essential oil brands are the same quality. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that the oil you are using is made from pesticide-free plants grown in optimal conditions. Also, the brand should be a 100% pure, high-quality essential oil that does not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask trusted friends to find a brand that is reputable.
I had mild asthma and used inhalers for years. I used one puff in the AM of Advair per day before brushing my teeth; and Albuterol for any major exertion (which was only my annual half-marathon walk).
I decided to try several drops of RC on my chest in the AM, then inhale a couple times, and finally weened myself off the AM Advair. For over a year now, the airway seems to open up fine with only RC and I function great during the day. I have not needed my inhalers since.
Since I am not a Dr, I would still recommend to carry the inhaler as a back-up. But honestly, for mild asthma I have not needed the inhaler since. I'd recommend bringing the RC with you during the day for your initial back-up (meaning use RC first, and see how it goes). There is also Breathe Again roll-on which is also very nice.
I'm confident you will love the results of RC.
