Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

I have been using Young Living oils for the last 4 years now along with acupuncture which is where I was introduced to the oils. After 40 years of being on medications for asthma, I no longer take any meds for the last 2 years. I still do carry an inhaler for emergencies; but when I feel like I'm having trouble breathing, I first use the essential oil blends RC and/or Raven to help me breathe.

I also use both these oils on a regular basis; putting a few drops of Raven on my feet at night on the Vita Flex points for my lungs and a few drops of RC on the pillow, and on my chest before bed. I also diffuse oil in a necklace I wear every day. I have been doing so well; I went over my expiration date on my as needed inhaler by a full year because I hardly used it anymore.

Oils and acupuncture have saved me from having to visit a doctor but one time in the last 4 years. And I am so grateful, I never thought I would be off medications since I was 5 yrs old and was diagnosed with asthma. I also can be around animals I used to be allergic to as well, which is a real pleasure. Please feel free to contact me with any questions you might have about my story. Thanks for reading.
