When I start to get a head cold, I love to use Eucalyptus, Wintergreen, and of course Thieves. Usually I apply Thieves to my feet, and diffuse one of the other two as I sleep.

My son has a stuffy nose, and tonight I combined 3-4 drops of each of these oils in my diffuser to place in his room. To our surprise it smells like ROOTBEER! He loves it! and I know it will help him breathe easy and feel better in the morning.
