Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

I've had sciatic discomfort for almost 4 months now. I never knew it could be so agonizing. I tried the usual oils: Peppermint, the PanAway and Valor blends, and even Lemon essential oil.

The Peppermint really helped, but Lemon worked the best! I could function very well using these essential oils. However, the problem still persisted; I was just getting great temporary relief from the discomfort.

The Lord impressed on me this was not just a lower back/nerve issue. It was the culmination of years of bending and lifting and being on my feet all day at my job. It started from the neck down. I know that decompression is wonderful for the spine and neck, but how to do this at home?

I thought about buying an inversion table, but that's a few hundred dollars at least. I have some weight equipment at home, so I started to gently lift myself off the ground (almost) and let gravity do the work. This helped some.

Then the Lord suggested to me to apply 4-6 drops of the Valor essential oil blend all over my back, ribs, neck, and shoulders and to get on my elliptical machine, hold my upper body still using the rails on both sides of me (again letting gravity do the work), and slowly begin "walking". Wow! After two sessions of about 2-3 minutes, I felt great. Not out of the woods yet, but much better!

Then the Lord said to continue to apply 4-6 drops of Valor all over my back, neck, and shoulders and to do this every day. I now do not have to apply any essential oils for the discomfort that I used to experience. There are a few motions that still tweak the nerve, but I know those will soon be a thing of the past!

Valor oil and gravity... a great chiropractic team!
