My 5 year old daughter has struggled going to sleep since she was born. Over the past couple of years our efforts to help calm her night time anxieties about going to bed have never worked. Recently I started using several different oils to help set the tone for bedtime and the results have been such a blessing.

I rub a drop of Lavender on her pillow each night and rub Peace & Calming on the bottoms of her feet. I also made a Purification linen spray that I spray on her sheets about 30 minutes before bedtime. This allows for the scent to fill the entire room and supports calming for all of us.

It has been two weeks and there have been no meltdowns, no tears, no nightmares; just restful all through the night sleep!

She shares a room with her 3 year old and 10 month old sisters, and this has greatly helped the two of them settle down for sleep. I can't believe how well the Lavender, Purification, and Peace & Calming works to support a calm and peaceful environment.

Using these oils have been such a blessing to my 5 year old - I just wish I would have known about them sooner!
