Whenever I have been on airplanes for the last 10 years I have had excruciating pain in my head and neck from the pressure in the plane while descending and I felt out of it for hours after flying. I was using RC to help me on the flight up to convention from Sydney, but with only slight relief.
At convention one of the girls suggested Peppermint, so dreading the return trip I gave it a go. I put it all around my ears, temples, neck and a little on my face, being careful of the icy feeling and the vapours, and closed my eyes waiting for the pain to arrive.
I had two little twinges, and applied more Peppermint to those sites on my head and had the most relaxing descent to the Tarmac, I never thought it possible, such an amazing difference, thank you my fabulous friends and the wonder of these oils!
