Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

I am both shortsighted and longsighted, with shortsightedness being more dominant. I started using Frankincense in October this year for my eyes.

At the beginning my hands were sensitive to the Frankincense, so I would put a drop of the oil on a small piece of tissue paper (later I used a small white cotton cloth), bend my head over it and let my eyes take in the vapour. Now I am able to drop the Frankincense on my hands without any problem.

At the same time, I do some simple eye exercises. With my eyes open, I look to the left, right, up, down, diagonally and then move my eyes in a figure 8 pattern, blink my eyes, look clockwise and anti-clockwise. To finish off, I rub my hands together and palm them over the eyes.

After using Frankincense for about 2 weeks, I noticed that I could see the TV screen images sharper and brighter. After 3 weeks I am able to read a book and the fine print of newspapers and food labels without needing my glasses. What's more, I can use the computer now without eye strain and feeling dry in the eyes.

I also started drinking NingXia Red juice which provides good nutrients for the eyes. I am very happy with my improved eyesight and will continue using Frankincense and taking NingXia Red to improve my shortsightedness and hope they will eventually get rid of my mild cataracts. Thank you Gary Young for these amazing products.
