A friend was struggling around on crutches for weeks after a nasty fall resulting in some broken bones in his foot and some soft tissue damage. He had been wearing a brace too and described his whole foot as stiff and numb.

He very gently massaged drops of PanAway essentail oil onto the skin on the top of his foot and around his toes.

After about half an hour he noticed a return of sensation to his toes, something he hadn't had for weeks as a result of having held the foot secure for so long.
It gave him confidece to start wiggling toes and to be sure his circulation system was working just fine.
