Sun burn/poisoning while at a resort

When on a recent family vacation, we had the pleasure of meeting another family. With the excitement of finally arriving to their vacation destination - their mother forgot to put sunscreen on their children, ages 10 and 8.

The following morning, I had asked the Mother, where their children were. She had said they were both very sick and didn't want to go out into the sun.

I immediately went to the room with their Mother to see that they had a terrible case of sunbun/sun poisioning. They were both so sick.

Not ever hearing of Essential Oils before, I offered to spray them down with LavaDerm as much as they needed it. I recommended they rest out of the sun for at least half of the day as I kept applying the LavaDerm every 2 hours or so.

By 2pm that day, both children were able to at least come out of the room, stay in the shade as they felt much better. I contiuned throughout the rest of the day to apply LavaDerm to both of the children.

Both the parents and children could not thank me enough for what I had done for them, as they were ready to see the Physician on site at our resort. Those kids were really sick! Thanks LavaDerm!
