I add drops of essential oil to my Christmas truffles to give them some extra zing. Let your imagination go. Try orange or peppermint oil in chocolate truffles. You can use quite a few drops of citrus oil in a recipe but go easy on the peppermint as it is much stronger tasting. Always add 1 drop at a time til the taste is right for you.

Or you can try lavender and white chocolate. Go very easy on the lavender..maybe just half a drop will do.
