My mom had open heart surgery and because of a bleed in her lung, she was kept on the vent for 3.5 days post surgery. When she was released from the hospital, she came home with a nagging cough. The first few days it was productive and helped to rid her lungs of the yucky dried up blood and flem, but after a few days home, she was still coughing, every few minutes, but it was not productive.
We were not sleeping and she was extremely exhausted due to the hacking cough and lack of sleep. I used the Peace & Calming along with Lavender and that began to help ease the irritation. The doctors wanted her to take an antibiotic for cough, but she showed no signs of infection.
I then received my Raindrop Technique oils and DVD. I did one Raindrop on mom (not exactly as shown because she could not lay on her stomach. It was the first night after 8 nights of not much sleep that she slept through the night. It was beautiful and amazing. Thanks Young Living!
