I started not being able to sleep through the night about 15 years ago. I had been on a diet and would wake up hungry. Well, after getting off the diet I kept waking up at the same time and could just not get back to sleep. For 15 years I never slept even 5 or 6 hours unless I was sick. I usually only got about 3 hours several nights a week. I HATED seeing 2, 3 or 4 o'clock when checking the time, knowing I would not fall asleep again, and my night was over!

After a while I could not stay awake to watch a movie to save my life. I would always fall asleep in the middle of it, even at the theater. I was just so sleep deprived.

Enter the oils in my life. Ahhhh, now if I ONLY sleep 6 hours, I think I have a bad night. I usually sleep between 7 and 8 hours every night. I wake up nicely between 6:30 and 7:30 without an alarm, and feel good.

Here are the oils I use to assist me in sleeping. Also, now I can skip a night and still sleep, but if I skip 2 nights in a row -- well, let's just say I will regret it til morning.

On the big toe, I put RutaVaLa and Cedarwood Essential Oils. All over the bottoms of my feet I rub Thyme Essential Oil (it keeps me from waking myself up snoring). I rub Clary Sage Essential Oil and Lavender Essential Oil on my pillow.

That's it, try it and sleep tight!
