Migraine headaches completely disappear

I have experienced migraines for many years and have tried many different 'remedies'. I have recently found that I should treat the headache as soon as I feel it coming on instead of trying to tough it out, which never works.

I now will use Copaiba by applying it directly to the areas on my head and face where I feel the pain radiating from. Depending on the level of nausea I am experiencing, I will also apply Deep Relief or Raven on the same areas. I do this because the Copaiba reduces inflammation in these areas .

If tension is contributing, Deep Relief will help relax the muscles. If allergies or sinus infection is contributing, the Raven relieves those symptoms. I will also use these in conjunction with an OTC pain reliever containing caffeine. If I act quickly, the headache will completely disappear.
