Lower blood pressure and blood sugar

I have to tell you all about my husband's blood pressure. After 20 years of being on blood pressure meds. as much as 3 per day, he is totally off his meds! I went with him to the doctor last week Tues. and they checked his BP and it was 122/82. I was very happy with that, considering he had not taken a single pill for 6 weeks.

So I told the Dr. he had been off for that long, and she immediately said 'We better check that again and this time in both arms.' So she did and it came up the same each time. I was privately rejoicing about it, but would you believe the Dr. actually said,'Well we really would like the lower number to be 80.' HAHAHA, if she thinks we would take the meds with all the side effects for those 2 points on the lower number she is out of her mind. Anyway, just figured I would share that with you all. Yay number one!!!!

He had the A1C test done too. That one is to check how your blood sugar is. There are 2 tests that he takes, one is the daily test (prick your finger) and the other is the one the doctors do every 3 months. His daily test was fine most days but the other one shows an average for the last 3 months. (don't ask me how one test does an average) Anyway I understand the normal range is 4-6 and his came back 5.3, completely in the NORMAL range. Yay number 2!!!!

He takes one ounce of Ningxia Red juice and puts Longevity Oil on his feet. He also drinks several bottles of water with different citrus oils in it. Orange, lemon or grapefruit. He uses Oregano on a wart every day, so that may also be doing something internally.
