Upon my flight arriving in Colorado, my stomach was upset (probably not due to altitude). I rubbed Lavender oil on my stomach. I also had Peppermint oil with me, as I was prepared for the possibility of headaches. I remembered that I can ingest the Peppermint oil, so I ingested a drop for my stomach. This helped almost immediately.

The next morning, I woke up with one nostril congested. I rubbed a couple of drops of the Peppermint oil into my hands and inhaled with good results. When doing so, I inhale as deeply as possible, usually leading to a sneeze that helps to clear even more.

Throughout the next couple of days, I continued to inhale the Peppermint oil, mostly to ward off any headaches. I am happy to say that when my husband offered me advil, I was able to decline as the Peppermint oil was all I needed.
