My remedy for preventing virus, flu and colds

I have been using Young Living Essential Oils for the past 3 years. I was a teacher for 38 years and was sick EVERY WINTER. I was at the doctor's office at least 3-4 times with sore throat, infected sinuses, colds, flu you name it. I missed many Christmas Dinners with my family because I was sooo sick!

The Young Living Essential Oils have given me a new healthy prevention remedy for all of those old winter illnesses (I named above) I use to have, over and over. This is my gift to you through Young Living Essential Oils. Whenever I feel a cold, virus, flu or bacterial infection coming on, I immediately start my routine of ingesting YLEO's.

First, I must say that in winter, I don't leave home without my bottle of Thieves Oil. Every morning and night, I drop a couple of drops on my tongue to help keep the virus, and bacteria in their own back yard or wherever they're living at the time. When I happen to be around people who are obviously sick, I drop more drops on my tongue throughout the day.

I then drop 4-5 drops of Frankinsence oil, along with 4-5 drops of Oregano in a 00 capsule (that's the size 00). You can buy them at the local health food store; morning, noon, and evening (or as close to those times as possible).

I drop 3 drops of Ravensara or Thieves in about 2 tablespoons of water and swish the mixture all around the inside of my mouth for 1-3 minutes, gargle and swallow.

If the bug is trying to really get a hold, I drop 4-5 drops of Immupower in a 00 capsule and take at the same time as the Frankinsence and Oregano (see above).

The bugs have learned the hard way about the power of the Young Living Essential Oils. I haven't had any of the OLD BUGGY FRIENDS visit me for the past 2 years, and I intend to keep it that way.
