Actinic keratosis flaked off

My husband had an actinic keratosis on his forehead at his hairline about the size of a nickel. He had already had it removed before by the dermatologist but it came back. He started to apply a drop of Frankincense to the spot 2-3 times a day and after 2 weeks it started to change color and texture.

He continued to use the Frankincense but probably only about 1 time / day. After about a month, he got out of the shower one day, toweled off and part of the actinic keratosis flaked off.
