My friend suffered with shingles for about a month. She was itching horribly and therefore not sleeping.

I applied the oils listed in the essential oils reference book. Her spinal area and neck got quite hot. She didn't sleep much the night that the oils were applied.

She experienced no more itchiness and slept all night. The areas that have scabs are the ones where she still is itching.

Shingles are a painful mess and the oils soothed the skin and brought relief.
