Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same quality. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that the oil you are using is made from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable.
After 30 years of anomalous symptoms, I received a diagnosis of CLL. I weighed 131 pounds at one point and now weigh 30 pounds more through resistance training and exercise. While using essential oils sublingually, I experienced a reduction or increase of symptoms in direct proportion to the amount used. Eventually I was using 80+ drops of oils per day and saw blood test results normalize after three months' time. Racing heart, sleep apnea, large lymph nodes, etc., had become extreme before then.
Now over eight years later, I just use the oils sparingly to eliminate stress from chemicals in the air or pathogens. In total I have taken in over a gallon of the oils over the years as determined by empty bottles and adding their quantities together for an estimate. I have no symptoms to this day and work out three days straight for an hour or more with one day off in-between. When nice weather is here, I perform interval sprints with my dogs as fast as I have ever been able to run with no problems at all.
This is about working with probabilities and stressor reduction. Put a drop of Lemon oil on a styrofoam cup to see it digest this petrochemical-based material as an indicator of what happens when this oil encounters damaging chemicals in the body. There are many things to take into account for success. I am self publishing a book made available for search criteria: www.re-missionlife.com.

|3.||"A number of essential oils are currently in use as aromatherapy agents to relieve anxiety, stress, and depression. Popular anxiolytic oils include lavender (Lavandula angustifolia), rose (Rosa damascena), orange (Citrus sinensis), bergamot (Citrus aurantium), lemon (Citrus limon), sandalwood (Santalum album), clary sage (Salvia sclarea), Roman chamomile (Anthemis nobilis), and rose-scented geranium (Pelargonium spp.)."||Link|
|4.||"Most studies, as well as clinically applied experience, have indicated that various essential oils, such as lavender, lemon and bergamot can help to relieve stress, anxiety, depression and other mood disorders. Most notably, inhalation of essential oils can communicate signals to the olfactory system and stimulate the brain to exert neurotransmitters (e.g. serotonin and dopamine), thereby further regulating mood."||Link|
|5.||"The ylang ylang oil caused a significant decrease of blood pressure and a significant increase of skin temperature. At the behavioral level, subjects in the ylang ylang oil group rated themselves more calm and more relaxed than subjects in the control group. These findings are likely to represent a relaxing effect of the ylang ylang oil and provide some evidence for the usage of the ylang ylang oil in aromatherapy such as causing a relief of depression and stress in humans."||Link|
