Respiratory allergies in control now

In mid 2002 I was having reactions to 15 years on Claritin. If I was active during the day, it was no problem, but as soon as I lay down to sleep I realized that my extremities were tight! It was like they were wired and would suddenly involuntarily tense. I couldn't relax to sleep. I began to experiment and test when I felt that way and when not, so that I confirmed to myself the culprit.

When my doctor could not accept that this reaction was possible, I decided to try what my friend and upline had been sharing…emails about others who had gotten rid of allergies or coped with them now using the oils. My allergies were mostly respiratory due to pollution, emissions, pollens, etc. I have lived in very highly polluted cities for the last 20 years. One email spoke about a lady who had gotten rid of hers by putting Myrtle on the bridge of her nose a couple times a day. So I began my odyssey.

I began with Myrtle, alternated with Eucalyptus Radiata, then have been using mainly RC for the last year. I put it on the bridge of my nose, also on my chest, rub it in, cover it with a thin shield of lotion – at first about 3 or 4 times a day, now about twice a day. Also, I rub the oil on the VitaFlex points for sinus on my feet. I have not taken Claritin for almost 3 years. I used to have coughing spells regularly (even with the drugs) when I changed body position – a couple hours upon rising in the morning, same on the horizontal at night – but now I have very few. Only if I’ve been driving in the city with windows down. I vary the oils sometimes, but stick with RC most of the time now. Because we still live in these big cities, I have not gotten totally free of allergies, but things are wonderfully in control and no more “wired” toes, feet, hands and fingers.
