I hold stress/tension in my neck & shoulders. During my monthly cycle I'd get these awful throbbing headaches that are similiar to a migrane.

Months after I began deep cleansing breathing & meditating twice daily, Motrin 800's no longer helped so I decided to try Lavender. I LOVE Lavender & the smell of it! Now if I get tension in my forehead, I put one drop just above my eyebrows from one eyebrow to another & then if I still have more tension on a temple (right or left), I add one more drop to that area. I notice a difference in the tension & throbbing in minutes. I sleep great too.

I always have a backup bottle of Lavender! I have also begun doing Yoga everynight before I go to bed to help release the tension I hold in, that has helped too.
