What I do for colds and flu

Shortly before Christmas I started to get a sore throat and swollen glands. Bummer! Our son and his family were due here on the 27th. I just could not get really sick and give it to them. More than anything I wanted to be well to enjoy the family I had not seen in over 6 months!

Thursday night (23rd) I started taking the antibiotic oil formula. (12 drops of Thieves, 6 drops of Oregano, 2 drops of Frankincense) I also asked John to put the same solution up my spine twice a day. (I keep it mixed up.) By Saturday (Christmas) I could not feel any soreness in my throat or swelling in my glands. Praise the Creator! and Young Living Essential Oils. I continued the capsules (2 three time a day ) for one week. We are so blessed to have these oils.

The chiropractor's office I goto, every one has the crud. Why don't they stay home and not spread it I don't understand! Also, the family restaurant we enjoy, they all have it. John and I are both applying Thieves to each others back at night before we go to sleep. To reduce the heat of the oil we apply a small amount of V-6 first. I firmly believe that is preventing us from getting this crud.

I almost forgot, we diffuse thieves 15 min out of every hour around the clock! My house smells great all the time! We are having an unseasonably warm winter here and as nice as it is I think the viruses and bacteria grow stronger when with a good cold winter it kills a lot of these bugs. I thank God for these oils.
