Comfort for dog with arthritis using copaiba

I am involved with toy breed dog rescue and use many oils on most of my own dogs and fosters. I have seen so much positive results but this one little dog in particular, has really enjoyed the benefits of copaiba for his arthritis, dental disease and heart. Baby, who is a 4 lb. chihuahua with heart issues ( grade 4 murmur and some fluid around the heart) as well as some dental issues as most small dogs have, AND his arthritis.

I began giving him 1-2 drops of copaiba in his food twice a day. I also read that lavender is good for helping with arthrits and heart health, so usually once a day I run my hands down his back and legs and heart area with a drop of lavender. This simple addition has done wonders for him! He now does zoom doggy thru the yard once again, after about 3 years of inability to run and general malaise.

It also seems to have given him relief with his dental disease (he has been unable to have a dental due to his heart issues) and on top of that, he has come off his heart meds (enelapril and lasix) I am taking him back in to the cardio vet to do some testing and see exactly what this has done for him but he no longer coughs or wheezes and is off meds.

Baby has had his quality of life is restored with the simple use of essential oils.
