Lameness in backend of my broodmare from a fall

My broodmare, who's 5 months in foal had a fall and could hardly walk. Very sore in back end and one back leg. After doing the raindrop technique for 3 days, she was able to walk. On the 4th day managed a small trot. She's alot more comfortable now.
