I was taking a walk and came across a woman who works in the cafeteria where my children attend school. We had a nice conversation and in passing I mentioned how I use peppermint oil for my son's car sickness. She told me a teacher had shared peppermint oil with her and it got rid of her headache. She asked if I had one and I did so I brought it to her.
When I dropped it off she was rubbing her elbow and commented on how it had been bothering her. I suggested she rub the peppermint on it, she was surprised but open to trying this. The next day she posted a great story on my facebook page ..she loved the peppermint, she applied it to her elbow and the pain went away, and she was albe to sleep through the night for the first time in a couple of months! I love peppermint....it can be used for so many things.
