Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

I had a bad case of cedar fever in December 2010. Taking meds and sleeping a lot more than usual, my entire sleep schedule got totally messed up and I ended up having chronic insomnia. This created a whole cycle of not enough sleep at one time, being tired all the time, being unproductive, etc. I was so frustrated. But I thought surely it would all work itself out over time.

Well, it got worse. So much so that I went to my doctor about it. His "solution" was to prescribe me sleeping pills to try to regulate my sleep. He cautioned me that the pills could make me forget things - like I might type and send an email and have no recollection of having done it. Well, the lack of sleep was already causing that kind of brain fog, so the pills didn't seem to be the kind of solution I wanted. I never took the first one of those pills. But then I did just get so tired I finally slept 11-1/2 hours one night and about 10 another. But I was still no better - chronic fatigue, the insomnia pattern resumed, etc. I was about ready to scream. I felt like I couldn't go on like that.
My good friend Sue and I had been out of touch with for a few weeks due to my illness and other things going on, so when we resumed our email communications, Sue asked how I was and I told her I just couldn't seem to get my energy back and how it was affecting the quality of my life. Told her about going to the doctor, etc.
Sue had never once ever mentioned to me that she used any holistic products for herself or her pets. But I guess my desperation to get some energy back prompted her to finally tell me her story. She said she hadn't mentioned it because she didn't know how I'd feel about holistic products since some people don't put any confidence in them, etc. She began by sharing the story in her testimonial. From there, she introduced me to the Young Living consultant who helped her - and her cats. Sue shared a lot of information with me and she went the extra mile and contacted Candace herself on my behalf and told her she really wanted to help me.

She asked Candace to tell her what she was recommending to me so she could see if she happened to have any of the products on hand that she wasn't going to be using. Her friend who had introduced her to the products had given her quite a bit of stuff that wasn't among the things Candace recommended to Sue. Turned out Sue had pretty much everything Candace recommended for me and she packed it up and sent it to me. Meanwhile, Candace was giving me detailed procedures to use, recommending books for me to read, etc. on serious issues I have to deal with - hypothyroidism, mitral valve prolapse, and having been on antidepressants since my son died in 1995. I told her about my battle to get off antidepressants because my doctors just kept increasing the dosage until now I take SO much. I don't want to live a drugged life like that.

Unfortunately, Candace shared medical studies and research to document that for ever how long you've been on antidepressants, you should plan to take half as many years to wean off them because the withdrawal side-effects "can" be worst of all - even causing suicidal tendencies. But she also showed me studies where the one I'm on contributes to cataracts, and my vision HAS drastically declined just in the past year!
So, the more I learned, the more I wanted to learn. Candace is now my mentor and I have total confidence in her. She is not someone just trying to sell products. She has a full career working with purebred horses, along with her husband. She only got into this because the products healed her own life. Now she uses the products to treat people and animals, purebred horses in particular. She's one of only 50 certified practitioners in the company, qualified to instruct others for accreditation, which is my goal now.
Anyway, they told me the products can take varying amounts of time to work on different people and that it might take weeks. The good thing is it's all natural, non-addictive and once you begin to feel improvements - you can modify or eliminate treatments accordingly. You don't necessarily continue all treatments indefinitely.
Sue packed up the products and sent them to me and I began taking them immediately. By just day 3, I began to have much more energy and none of that lethargic "can't make it through the day" feeling I dragged around with day after day. After 5 days on my treatments, I began getting to bed at a normal hour, getting a full night's sleep and waking up feeling rested. Feeling rested definitely improved my mental and emotional state. So, I feel like I was drowning and Sue and Candace threw me a Lifeline!
If it had been anyone other than Sue, I might not have taken it as seriously. But she is one of the sweetest, most sincere and considerate people I know. I knew I could trust everything she was telling me and that she would never use the products, much less recommend them, if she wasn't truly having results. But the miracles were in her cats!
Sue's testimony, Candace's mentoring, using the products - I can't say enough about how glad I am to have been steered to these products!
AND, if you'll read on the Pet page on my Young Living website, my show breeder friend who is a vet also had a recovery with one of her own cats she had been treating for chronic diarrhea for about 5 months and in final desperation she tried a holistic remedy and he was not "better" in 2 days - but he recovered in 2 days! He had even developed a heart murmur that is now gone!
So I not only feel good about taking the products for myself and recommending them to others but there is a real need for more holistic pet healthcare and I am excited that I can bring that into my life as well!
I highly recommend these two products that have so many benefits and which in just a few days made a difference for me - NING-XIA RED and Lavender.
