Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

Last June I went to have an MRI on my knee thinking I was just dealing with a torn meniscus. I was shocked to find out that I had severe osteoarthritis in that joint. The doctor said I would be looking at a replacement in a couple of years. Well, that made me real determined to work on what I had neglected!

I watched my pH using pH tape and used Alkalime to correct an acidic condition.

I used AgilEase and Sulfurzyme faithfully, and applied topical oils as specified in the essential oils desk reference. I made a mix of Wintergreen, Palo Santo, Balsam Fir, Cypress and Peppermint.

Sometimes I used Regenelone cream. And I also added extra NingXia Red juice to my diet. Now the pain is completely gone and I did some very advanced hikes like rock climbing and pyramid climbing in December.

The doctor will not need to operate on my knee joint.

Supporting Scientific Studies
1.Associated topics: joints, osteoarthritis — "Ruxiang (Gummi olibanum), the dried gum resin of Boswellia carterii (BC) [frankincense], has been used in traditional Chinese medicine to alleviate pain and inflammation for thousands of years.... The data show that BC extract has significant anti-arthritic and anti-inflammation effects and suggest that these effects may be mediated via the suppression of pro-inflammatory cytokines."Link
2.Associated topics: joints, osteoarthritis — "We have demonstrated that Boswellia frereana [frankincense] prevents collagen degradation, and inhibits the production of pro-inflammatory mediators and MMPs. Due to its efficacy we propose that B. frereana should be examined further as a potential therapeutic agent for treating inflammatory symptoms associated with arthritis."Link
3.Associated topics: joints — "Herbalists treat skin ailments, such as fungal infections (like candidiasis), wounds, eczema, and acne, with lavender oil. It is also used in a healing bath for joint and muscle pain. One study evaluating treatments for children with eczema found [that] it was therapeutic touch from the mother that improved symptoms; in other words, massage with and without essential oils (including lavender) both reduced the dry, scaly skin lesions. Another study found that lavender oil may improve pain control after surgery."Link
