Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

A friend called with terrible headache that he had for two days. I recommended he put a drop of Peppermint on his tongue and temples. He grabbed what he thought was Peppermint and put a few drops of it on his tongue and immediately started complaining about how terrible it tasted. He had accidentally picked the Mister oil blend rather than Peppermint.

As he was explaining what happened, he interrupted his story with, "but you know what? My headache is gone!" It wasn't two even minutes after he ingested the oil. We were both amazed!

I said see, the oils work even if you don't use the right one! I know that they do overlap in actions. Someone once said, "If you don't have the right one, use what you have."

For good measure later, he did a colon irrigation but the headache didn't come back after the oil application.
