I had a rash on my wrist under the area where the silver band of my watch sits. I tried Lavender and several other oils and nothing was working. I didn't know the source of the rash, but I was recently cleaning some pretty dirty and dusty areas in my garage and shed, where I know I encountered pigeon and mice droppings, and started to be concerned if I had MRSA since it was not healing.

I tried Lemongrass, but still wasn't seeing any signifigant results until for some reason I started to put on Idaho Balsam Fir and saw a difference the next day. The following day it looked about the same as two days prior, but I knew I had hit on the right oil and kept up on it. It completely healed within two weeks and it was nice to be able to wear my watch again!

Later I read the Idaho Balsam Fir was very good for wounds, so I will remember to use it more often. I heard Gary talk about how it turned cold, agitated, grumpy men at the distillery into easy going, mellow fellows during the distilling of Idaho Balsam Fir. And I love the smell too, what a great oil!
