Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

I just had to share this with everyone. This morning I got out of bed with a stiff lower back, stiff achy joints in the hip and knees; arthritis perhaps. the joints were still stiff and achy even after my walk and exercise at Curves. When I got home, I decided to use my Young Living Essential Oils before taking a shower. I mixed Wintergreen and Peppermint with massage oil and rubbed this mixture on my lower back and down the legs paying extra attention at the knees; got in a nice hot shower. Wow, as I toweled myself dry, I realized the stiffness and achs were gone!!!!

Supporting Scientific Studies
1.Associated topics: arthritis — "Ruxiang (Gummi olibanum), the dried gum resin of Boswellia carterii (BC) [frankincense], has been used in traditional Chinese medicine to alleviate pain and inflammation for thousands of years.... The data show that BC extract has significant anti-arthritic and anti-inflammation effects and suggest that these effects may be mediated via the suppression of pro-inflammatory cytokines."Link
2.Associated topics: arthritis — "We have demonstrated that Boswellia frereana [frankincense] prevents collagen degradation, and inhibits the production of pro-inflammatory mediators and MMPs. Due to its efficacy we propose that B. frereana should be examined further as a potential therapeutic agent for treating inflammatory symptoms associated with arthritis."Link
