I've been working with a trainer for a few months now and by the end of our sessions I'm beat! I looked into my essential oils reference book for "energy support."

Peppermint was listed for energy and also to help oxygenate so I diffused it during our last session. Not only did my energy increase but after she left I hopped on the elliptical for 30 minutes!

That is a world record for me! I plan on using it during every session from now on!

Great stuff! I also read that it can be used when a person faints, good thing to keep in mind.
