One day my blood sugar was around 50 points higher than normal. So I put my usual essential oils into capsules: Cinnamon Bark, Coriander, Fennel, Dill, and the Thieves oil blend. I mixed them in equal amounts (about 5 drops each) and filled about 6 capsules, fully expecting my blood sugar to lower the next day.
After taking my fasting blood sugar the next day, I was disappointed to find that my blood sugar was still around 170 mg/dl. I prayed about what I should do and decided to take 5 drops of Ocotea essential oil in one ounce of NingXia Red juice every hour during the day.
I took around 50 drops and was surprised to find the next day that I started passing worms, yeast, and small parasite egg sacks. My blood sugar also dropped 50 points that morning and was back to normal for me at that time.
I now believe that high blood sugar may be caused by yeast and parasites as much as diet!
