Fingers were caught in the door

My 7 year old got 3 fingers caught in the door (hinge side). He was crying loudly with the pain for about 20 minutes. In desparation I applied Deep Relief every 10 minutes for the first 1/2 hour. Then I applied it again 2 hours later. By that time the swelling had completely gone down and he was freely usung all 3 fingers again. 'It's all better now Mum,' he said. I put a bit more on at bedtime just for good measure. I checked it again in the morning. There was a slight bit of discolouration underneath the middle finger nail, but otherwise there was absolutely no evidence of any injury 16 hours earlier. What a gift God has given us.
