Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

My husband has had problems on and off with a blocked salivary gland since college. Salivary glands can get calcified stones in them similar to kidney stones.

In the past, the swelling was gone in a few minutes, but this time the swelling and the pain didn't go away, you could see the bump under his chin. It was sensitive to the touch and my husband was clearly in pain every time he tried to eat. He loves food, so you can imagine that this was torture for him.

Honestly, it was tough for me to watch. He was actually considering having it surgically removed and I have to tell you I cringed at the thought.

I suggested he use Clove oil for the pain and Frankincense and Lemon oils to break up the actual stone. He applied Clove quite frequently directly on the gland. He also started swishing 15 drops of Lemon and 15 drops of Frankincense every hour in his mouth and swallowing.

It was slow going, but after two weeks he is almost back to normal. He is happily enjoying his meals again.

I love our oils!

gallstones - "D-limonene is one of the most common terpenes in nature. It is a major constituent in several citrus oils.... Being a solvent of cholesterol, d-limonene has been used clinically to dissolve cholesterol-containing gallstones. Because of its gastric acid neutralizing effect and its support of normal peristalsis, it has also been used for relief of heartburn and gastroesophageal reflux (GERD). D-limonene has well-established chemopreventive activity against many types of cancer. Evidence from a phase I clinical trial demonstrated a partial response in a patient with breast cancer and stable disease for more than six months in three patients with colorectal cancer."Link
