Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

My husband has had problems on and off with a salivary gland since college. Apparently, salivary glands can get calcified stones in them (kind of like kidney stones).

In the past, the swelling was gone in a few minutes, but this time, the swelling and the pain didn't go away - you could see the bump under his chin. It was sensitive to the touch and my husband was clearly in pain every time he tried to eat. He loves food, so you can imagine that this was torture for him. Honestly, it was tough for me to watch. He was actually considering having it surgically removed and I have to tell you I cringed at the thought.

I suggested he use Clove for the pain and Frankincense and Lemon to break up the stone. He applied Clove quite a frequently directly onto the gland. He also started swishing 15 drops of Lemon and 15 drops of Frankincense every hour in his mouth and swallowing. It was slow going, but after two weeks he is almost back to normal. He is happily enjoying his meals again.

I love our oils!
