I have recently given up coffee and replaced with essential peppermint oil! I use the oil in warm tea or I put a few drops on my tongue AND inhale it! I am so excited with what this peppermint has done for me!

I no longer need coffee (not sure why I drank it anyway); herbal or sweet tea enchanced with the PEPPERMINT PICK ME UP!!!
