I have a problem getting more than four or five hours of sleep on any night. So I asked the two people who encouraged me to purchase Young Living Essential Oils if they had any suggestions and they suggested using Lavender oil.

One of them encouraged me to rub a small amount of Lavender oil on my big toes at night before I went to bed and I was amazed to discover that I slept like a baby the first two nights I used the oil. It doesn't work if I use it too often (I have to take a break) but more often than not it works like a charm. I highly recommend it for anyone who has trouble falling asleep or has a difficult time getting a good's night sleep.
