Warning: Not all essential oil brands are the same quality. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that the oil you are using is made from pesticide-free plants grown in optimal conditions. Also, the brand should be a 100% pure, high-quality essential oil that does not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask trusted friends to find a brand that is reputable.

My grandfather is now 101 years old. Last year he started having pain in his heels when he was lying down in bed. The pain disappeared once he was sitting down. The doctor said it was due to poor circulation and that nothing could be done, just change posture (which he couldn't do because his movement is very restricted).

A friend of mine who loves oils as much as I do came up with an idea: I prepare a cream with aloe vera, distillated water, hypericum oil, hazelnut oil, arnica oil and about 35 drops of Frankincense and Ylang Ylang essential oils (I get about 250 ml of cream). He has been using it for several months when he goes to bed and since the very first night the pain was gone. Now he has no more pain in his heels and he can sleep all night.
