Hello I have had knee inflammation for about 6 months now on and off. I went once to the doctor to have the fluid removed and I have not been back because of the pain of the needle. I used 'Deep Relief' roll on for two days and I have had drastic releif...swelling has gone down. I have also been taking two drops of peppermint in my water twice a day.
