Finicky cats

I have made a recent discovery that I hope is useful for other finicky cats. Scarlet, my 19 yr. old cat had recently begun eating less, drinking more water, loosing weight and her coat was a bit thrifty. I knew she would not take any meds or oils in her food. I used Juniper Essential oil on her back a few times but that did not seem to do the trick for her.

And then inspiration came after a lot of prayers. I applied a 1/4 dropper of K & B Tincture along her back by putting the tincture on my hand, then I wiped it down her back. She was not offended, and after a few moments walked off taking it in, contemplating how it felt. After only a few mornings of applying the K&B Tincture topically to her back, she perked up, slowly began to eat more food, and was drinking slightly less water.

After 10 days, her coat improved also. She has continued on this upward swing, feeling better and heading in a direction that we both like!

I will continue using this for awhile monitoring how she is doing. If she continues to improve to a better level of functioning and stabilizes, I will decrease the amount and frequency of K&B Tincture and will use as needed. I am so pleased that I realized that K&B Tincture can be effective by applying topically!
