Helichrysum stops bleeding instantly
Author: Nate Stevens Location: MN, United States Skills: Healer Posted: Apr 21, 2010 Views: 383 Keywords: helichrysum, puncture wound, bleeding, bite
I was just on a bike-ride,when all of a sudden I heard screaming, yelling, then came upon what had been a dog attack. Large golden retriever had bitten smaller bulldog, bulldog had 3 puncture wounds gushing blood from his inner left front leg. Flew 5 blocks back home on my bike , grabbed my helichrysum, myrrh, lavender, and frankincense, flew back fast as I could.
The owner had been applying pressure, we got a rag, wiped off the blood that had pooled, and I started working with the oils.
I applied helichrysum, about 6 drops right into the largest puncture wound - the gushing bleeding stopped instantly in front of our eyes. I applied helichrysum to the other 2 minor wounds, bleeding stopped on contact. Amazing to see it in action first hand after hearing so many testimonials.
Throughout the dog was very calm, let me come right in and work on her, as before I started working on her I checked in with her energetically, and she was very inviting, knew I was there to help and assist, and she liked that I was calming to her owner.
Her owner was the one who was the most freaking out from seeing her loved pet gushing blood, and she thought it was a lot worse than it really was, with the blood gushing and the powerful emotions of being in a fight and having your animal hurt, I can understand the tenseness of the situation.
Applied lavender, about 5-6 drops all over general wound area to disinfect and calm both owner and animal, and myrrh right into the wound for skin and tissue regeneration, antiseptic and antibacterial effects, and blood pooled up, scab started forming almost immediately.
The dog then started to lick the would naturally, and the blood started gushing again, 2 more drops of helichrysum, and it stopped bleeding again.
I put 3 drops of lavender in her hand, and had her breathe a few breaths, which immediately visibly and calmed her down, and she started talking with a lowered voice and with calmness.
I told her it was OK, that it was not as bad as she thought, showed her that the blood has stopped bleeding, and then just quietly walked away and let the animal cops make their report. I was only there about 5 minutes doing this work, then animal control showed up, because the owner called and reported this instance.
When I started to leave, the dog got really antsy, I looked her in the eye, told her I knew she was OK and in good hands, and she was cool with that. This was a powerful experience, and I am so glad I was able to be there and in service of healing.
